Sustainability Film Series

This week, [3rd] year studio was asked to attend the 8th annual UNCG Sustainability Film + Discussion Series screening of A Fierce Green Fire: The Battle For A Living Planet. This film is the first big-picture exploration of the environmental movement – grassroots and global activism spanning fifty years from conservation to climate change. [3rd] year studio is currently researching green building strategies while preparing for the first project of the semester – designing and constructing a house, no larger than 500 sq. ft. incorporating sustainable design.

Other films are being shown this semester as well.  Save the date!

These films are both being shown in the Weatherspoon Art Gallery at UNCG, doors open at 6:30 pm. Come on out and get informed!
