Halloween Celebrations

November 5, 2012 § Leave a comment

IARc is such a community that our IIDA group has developed a tradition of group potluck meals.  Today we celebrated Halloween together.  Everyone brought food and several people dressed up.  The spirit of fun and camaraderie brings all four years plus our grad students together to participate.   Lots of baked goods, pastas and drinks were enjoyed at community tables with all four years surrounding and talking about any number of topics,  from projects to weekend plans were discussed.  IARc is not only about Interior Architecture but it is also about friends.  After four years in this program we have seen children born and grow to walk, some relations establish, some fade, and we have even experienced our classmates traveling overseas, sharing in those adventures through skype and blogs.  This is a close knit group that I have been lucky to be a part of.
