On the evening of Friday, April 13, IARc’s IIDA student chapter hosted the department’s annual Beaux Arts Ball, a much anticipated event where students and faculty celebrate another successful academic year. This year’s venue was Greensboro’s Hilton DoubleTree Hotel. The evening’s theme was Old Hollywood, and poster-sized images of classic Hollywood celebrities decorated the perimeter of the room.

Delicious hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, upbeat music, and energetic dancing were highlights of the evening. Students were able to take a breather from the bustle of final projects to dress up, let loose, and enjoy the company of fellow classmates who have become close friends.

[4th] year students have a special reason to celebrate this year: in May, they are graduating from IARc’s undergraduate program and will embark on an exciting transition into new phases of life.
