Cornucopia of [de]Light

November 12, 2011 § Leave a comment

As first and second year studios led by Tommy Lambeth, Patrick Lucas, and Jonathon Anderson come together to participate in a short four-hour charrette, they were asked to team up and work on a special project for Halloween.  The teams were to create a light vessel made of vegetables only,  and were also asked to bring a light source and a canned food item to use as a platform of display. Instruction included to be mindful of the principles and elements of design as well as good craft in order to explore their creativity through this short lighting adventure. Below are some photos from this eventful exercise.
