[2nd] year Anthropometric Runway Show Event

October 31, 2011 § Leave a comment

The [2nd] year studio led by Jonathon Anderson recently put on an amazing fashion show.  Having designed individual garments based off of anthropometric studies, the students explored a variety of styles in the show. The stage, also designed by the studio, derived from a study of parametric correlations, which required the students to research various folding patterns in order to construct a curtain/backdrop as well as a canopy.  The stage was set in the Gatewood Studio Arts Lobby space, and welcomed an outstanding turnout. Below are a few photos from the show.
